Most returns of Internet purchased fabric are the result of color representation. Although J S International Textile takes every step necessary to assure accurate representation of items displayed online, the colors of fabrics ordered through our website cannot be guaranteed by J S International Textile due to color variances beyond our control, such as variances in monitor color settings. Therefore we recommend purchasing swatches prior to placing your final order.
Simply send us an email with a picture and description of the items you are interested in sampling.
Swatches cost $4 (includes mailing).
If we determine the reason for a return is our error or a product defect, please follow the procedures below to receive a 100% refund of your purchase price including shipping charges in an amount not to exceed our ground service rates. Please be aware refunds will not be made for products that have been altered from their original condition or if you do not contact us to request a return authorization within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be counted and inspected upon receipt. All claims for defective merchandise must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and waiver of all such claims by buyer.
Written return authorization is required by seller for returns.
Refunds Are Not Available For:
Special Order Fabric, Trim or Accessories.
Products returned without first receiving return authorization from us within 14 days of your receipt.
Products that have a return post mark after 21 days from date of your receipt.
Swatches / Samples
Fabric / Trim Items of 3 Yards or Less In Length.
A product that has been cut or otherwise altered from it's original condition while in your possession.
